Initiate Request

Prepare Package
Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then securely pack it in the original packaging.
Ship Items
Send the package back to our central warehouse using a trackable courier service or drop it off at a designated Patchee BD collection point.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the item for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
